ACCRE and the Center for Structural Biology have collaborated to establish the data visualization facilities which are operated by the Center for Structural Biology. These facilities are accessible to all Vanderbilt research faculty, students, and staff.

• Request an account: For access to the data visualization facilities, you will need a Center for Structural Biology account.

• Hardware and software details: The data visualization facilities use SGI Onyx4 hardware to deliver state-of-the-art graphics. Amira is the primary commercial visualization application available on the Onyx, however various compilers and libraries are also available. Vizserver software allows you to access the facilities remotely.
