All nodes are CentOS 6 after the upgrade. Please remove "centos5" or "centos6" attribute from your job submission scripts.
In addition, the following node attributes have been removed: x86, pagepool2gb. If the script contains an attribute that we have removed, the scheduler will submit the job to the queue but the job will never start.
Be aware that many packages have slightly different names under CentOS 6 while others have been removed entirely. To see what packages are available, run "pkginfo -l" command or see this page.
If you log onto the cluster through vmplogin.accre.vanderbilt.edu, you will be assigned to a CentOS 6 gateway. If you want to log onto a CentOS 5 gateway, please use centos5.accre.vanderbilt.edu. Please recognize that we will only have CentOS 5 gateways for a short period of time as users finish the transition to CentOS 6.
